Conti Development is a real estate development company from Conti Real Group, founded in 2001. During its existence, it has implemented a number of mainly residential projects in Prague, northern Moravia and Slovakia.
In preparation.
‘For life on the move’ - the motto of our project, which responds to the living style sought after by people who love life in the middle of urban events, are active, both in work or business, and in their free time, in short, they live constantly on the move. And this corresponds to the dynamic nature of housing we offer on the corner of Bohdalecká and U Plynárny Streets.
The Lorinčík Háje Residential Park, less than 7 km from the centre of Košice, is an ideal place for those who are looking for quiet and safe living surrounded by nature with countless leisure activities in the area. The project is divided into three stages and offers not only timeless apartment buildings, but also modern terraced houses or luxury villa houses.
The SKY Barrandov Residence project, implemented in Prague 5 in Devonská Street, offered interested parties a total of 133 residential and non-residential units in a high standard and quality of execution in three separate houses in a closed area with great emphasis on safety. The authors of the project are Prof. Ing. arch. Eva Jiřičná, CBE and Ing. arch. Petr Vágner from the AI DESIGN Studio, who designed the timeless facade and breathed lightness and pure elegance into the project.
Barrandov became a place where most personalities of Czech film have lived and worked and where life has always pulsated. Therefore, the Filmařská Residence project was designed to provide above-standard housing for those with high demands and an individual approach to housing. The land slopes to the east and there is a beautiful view of Prague from almost any spot. In the immediate vicinity is the national cultural monument Barrandov Rocks and the associated amount of greenery and opportunities for leisure activities.
The construction project on a green field includes 120 apartments situated near the centre of the picturesque village of Čeladná. The village offers two great 18-hole golf courses, a stable with 2 indoor riding halls, a newly emerging ski resort, the Polarium and many other opportunities for hiking and biking. The apartments are designed for both permanent and recreational living.
The construction of another of our projects – Vila Park Čeladná – was completed in October 2007. These are three four-storey houses in the centre of the village with a total of 51 residential units, all of which are currently sold. With this project, we continue to build quality housing in the beautiful surroundings of the mountain village of Čeladná in the Beskydy Mountains.
With its architecture, the apartment building is continuously connected to the newly established Čeladná Square from the turn of the millennium, when the old textile factory was transformed into a new village centre in several phases. The newly established centre thus finds an unusual spectacle of the restoration of the industrial part into an architecturally unified area.
The project elegantly combined the municipal authority building in Čeladná and an apartment building with 13 units. The building formed the last part of the newly emerging municipal square and became one of the most important elements of the village. Its architecture is connected to other projects in the village centre.
The design of the golf course project in Ropice was created by the Austrian architect, Hans George Erhardt, whose feeling for the beauty of the foothill environment gave rise to a unique golf course in the Czech Republic. The 18-hole golf course is situated in a beautiful hilly environment with a view of the Silesian Beskydy massif with the landmark of Javorový vrch, it lies at an altitude of 310 m above sea level.
