Conti Development is a real estate development company from Conti Real Group, founded in 2001. During its existence, it has implemented a number of mainly residential projects in Prague, northern Moravia and Slovakia.

We like to do things differently, which is why you can tell our projects apart from others easily. Many world-famous architects are behind their unusual architectural solution. The first project, for which we decided to invite an important duo of architects, is Sky Barrandov. Eva Jiřičná and Petr Vägner helped us with the design of the building facade and the layout.
‘It is still not common practice in the Czech Republic for world-famous architects to design apartment buildings. That is why we are glad that we have established cooperation with Eva Jiřičná and Petr Vägner and designed such a beautiful building,’ Bronislav Cienciala, CEO of Conti Development, said in an interview for denik.cz. In this spirit, we also continued to design another project, Sky Bohdalec. We invited architects Miroslava Tylšová and Vojtěch Tarab from the Apris 3MP Studio to collaborate. They helped us create a functional, colour-modest building that perfectly copied the lines of the site. ‘We tried to design a building that would become a natural part of today’s street and consciously connect to the surrounding buildings. A building in which its inhabitants would feel really at home from the first moment,’ the architects said.

We try to do our best for your comfort. And that is why we build energy-efficient houses with a smart heat recovery system to ensure fresh air in your apartment all day long without ventilation. Our projects are characterised by thermal comfort, thanks to cleverly designed layouts, the right size and placement of windows and the type of exterior shading. They also have plenty of natural daylight, which will be taken care of by generously designed windows and healthy and even lighting.
A major problem is also the unpleasant noise from the street, but also in the surrounding apartments. Our buildings therefore ensure acoustic comfort thanks to perfect soundproofing. Special windows with triple glazing and the ideal composition of the floor will ensure that your apartment is transformed into an undisturbed oasis of calm.
When designing our projects, we pay particular attention to their energy efficiency; therefore, we choose suitable layout solutions for individual housing zones as well as the location and size of windows with the correct orientation to the cardinal points. The thermal insulation parameters of all envelope structures of houses that we use in construction also have a significant effect on the energy savings of buildings. Our houses thus consume less than 75 kWh/m2 per year and save up to 30% of energy compared to conventional buildings.

Not only in the construction itself, but also in the design of new projects, we use our almost twenty years of know-how in the field of development.
We are aware that the fundamental issue of apartment buildings is their ventilation. That is why we use heat recovery, which solves the problem between the supply of fresh air and the loss of heat that is lost during ventilation. Thanks to controlled ventilation and heat recovery, fresh air is mixed in the air handling unit with air from the exterior and interior, or exhaust air. Thanks to the recovery exchangers, it preheats or cools the supplied fresh air to the required temperature, which results in minimal heat loss.
